Bay Assignment
Warehouse Management System assigns optimal bay location based on item dimensions, weight, access frequency, and client retrieval SLA. Sectionals and casegoods auto-routed to rated bays.
Hold & Climate Management
Items held at 65°F ± 2° with continuous humidity monitoring. IoT sensors alert dispatch if any bay deviates. Weekly cycle counts verify physical vs. system inventory.
Retrieval & Dispatch
Client submits retrieval request via portal or API. WMS locates SKUs, queues pick team, and clears dock within 47-minute average. Proof-of-condition photos sent on dispatch.
